A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Reservations
may be confirmed by check or credit card.

Restrictions / Policies
Smoking - All rooms at
the Church Street Inn are smoke free. Guests are welcome
to smoke outside in the courtyard or on the second floor
balcony overlooking Church Street.
Pets - We are sorry, but
no pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less a cancellation fee of 10%
of the deposit, will be made if notice of cancellation is
received at least 7 days before the date of arrival; otherwise,
deposits are not refundable. Deposits, less cancellation fee,
are transferable to another date. Also, you are welcome to
send a friend or family member in your place.
